The hardened spindle made of quality steel and mounted in tapered roller bearings ensures precise, vibration-free operation. Machine rigidity comes from the kinematic layout and the massive cast granite "mineral casting" bed. The longitudinal and cross slides together form a robust cross table mounted on preloaded rolling guideways. The machine handles machining of difficult materials such as stainless steel, titanium, and similar materials without difficulty. The cross slide clamping plate has a threaded hole grid for variable positioning of front and radial tool holders. This solution ensures rigidity, speed, and precise approach movement. Control System The machine is supplied as standard with SINUMERIK 828D, alternatively with SINUMERIK 808D ADVANCED from Siemens in an economy version. SINUMERIK 828D and the "Digital Twin" include software for managing the complete product lifecycle in both the real and virtual worlds. This makes it possible to plan and optimize production and development processes efficiently.
