TP1-W-R-PH Touch Probe

The TP1-W-R-PH touch probe is used for precise workpiece setup and tool measurement on CNC machine tools or as a precision limit switch in automation. On this model the cable exits radially and is protected for 1 m from the probe by a stainless steel flexible conduit. The probe can be fitted with any touch stylus with M4 thread. To install the TP1 touch probe in the machine spindle (use as a workpiece probe), the CS16 clamping shank must be purchased separately — it allows precise centering of the stylus while the spindle rotates. For mounting the TP1 touch probe on the machine table (use as a tool probe), the BP58 base plate is available. When purchasing the TP1 touch probe together with the CS16 clamping shank, BP58 base plate and any touch stylus, you will receive a complete pre-centered assembly ready for immediate installation without further adjustment.
