Terms of Service

The seller is a limited liability company registered in the Czech Commercial Register and is a VAT payer. Sales are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

We aim to keep descriptions, prices, and stock information accurate. Showing a product on the website does not by itself guarantee that it is available. Obvious errors, including pricing or technical mistakes, may be corrected, and we may cancel an affected order with a full refund.

By submitting an order you make a binding proposal to purchase goods. The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, unavailability, suspected fraud, or incomplete customer information.

All prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you complete the order. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment by bank transfer is also available, with the payment details provided after checkout.

Available delivery options and costs are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless we explicitly agree otherwise. You are responsible for providing correct delivery information, and we are not liable for delays or extra costs caused by incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts.

Consumers buying at a distance have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, and defective goods are covered by a statutory warranty. The practical process is described in our Refund policy.

You agree to use the website lawfully, provide accurate information, and not interfere with its operation or security.

Website content, including text, images, branding, and product photos, is protected by applicable law. You may not reuse it beyond what the law allows without our permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The competent authority for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz). Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
