Refund Policy

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To withdraw, notify us before the deadline at info@dynamitech.cz and include your order reference. You then have 14 days to send the goods back.

Send approved returns to the following address. Pack the goods well enough to avoid damage during transport. Unless we agree otherwise, you bear the direct cost of return shipping.

You may unpack and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are liable for any reduction in their value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and properties.

We will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method unless we agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you prove they have been dispatched.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain orders, such as goods made or customized to your specification, in line with applicable law.

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If an item is damaged, materially different from the agreed description, or defective, contact us as soon as possible at info@dynamitech.cz with a short description and photos where possible. Consumers are entitled to a statutory warranty for defects, generally 24 months. We will handle your complaint without undue delay, normally within 30 days.

For purchases made under a company (IČO/DIČ), statutory consumer protections such as the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply. Liability for defects is then handled under the Civil Code and any agreement between us.
