Description
Cutter SPEEDY is a professional productive CNC machine designed for cutting flat materials by cutting or milling, intended for continuous operation. The machine is designed and manufactured in the Czech Republic. Only components manufactured exclusively in the EU are used in production. Rich accessories, comfortable control system and fine-tuned CAD / CAM software make this CNC machine a powerful production tool.
Cutter SPEEDY can be equipped with one or two "Z" supports with a quick-clamping system for exchangeable aggregates. A machine with a single "Z" support is suitable where there is no requirement to automatically change work aggregates in one work cycle. On the other hand, a machine with two "Z" supports is suitable where it is necessary to change the work unit automatically between 2 operations, e.g. cutting and subsequent scoring in the production of packaging from cardboard or corrugated cardboard.

The trailing knife is designed for harder and harder materials that are able to withstand the force that the knife exerts during the cut. The head is equipped with a continuously adjustable cut depth limiter.

Aggregate for milling
The unit for milling with material pressure by a flexible glider and integrated suction is intended for cutting shaped parts by milling. It is possible to mill a wide range of materials (e.g. wood, plywood, plastic, sandwich, composite and foam boards). A high-quality, high-speed spindle with continuous speed control enables the clamping of milling tools up to a diameter of 8 mm. Part of the aggregate is a flexible glider, with the help of which it is possible to mill materials with a thickness of 0.3 - 10 mm. This system ensures the pressure of the material against the substrate during milling and at the same time the extraction of chips from the cutting site.

Describing
The unit for marking pens with flexible compensation for different types of pens is mainly used for marking parts for subsequent technological procedures. Pens are available with very durable ink in line thicknesses of 0.3, 0.6 and 1 mm. It is also possible to choose from a wide range of colors.
